6. What is a Caesar salad?
Caesar salad is a kind of vegetable salad. Roman lettuce, crouton, bacon chopped, anchovy, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing.

7. What is a garden salad?
Garden salad is also a kind of vegetable salad, ingredients including lettuce, cucumber, sweet corn, a little onion and red peppers. Put the red lettuce into the pan together with all the ingredients; then add in thousand-island sauce, vinegar and oil sauce and French sauce.

8. What salad dressings can be served with garden salad…..Need at least 4
Thousand-island sauce, vinegar and oil sauce, tata sauce and French sauce.

9. How do you make a vinaigrette?Ve oil, shallot, vinegar, herb(oregano), pickled cucumber, soda and pepper, French mustard(optional), mix together.
10.Describe how to make a salad Nicoise
It’s tuna (fish) salad, ingredients including sliced potatoes, cherry tomato, snow-pea, anchovy, tunafish(tinned), lemon juice, olive oil, table salt and red pepper chopped, French mustard. Mix the ingredients mentioned above together, then Nicoise is done.
11.Do you know how to make Mayonnaise?Make with egg yolk, vegetable oil, mustard
12.What other appetizers can you make (should be at least 4)Bread cube (toasted), onion tart, scallop, Italian salami, crab cake and smoked salmon
13.What soups can you make (should be at least 4)
Oxtail soup, Ministromy soup, mushroom soup and beef soup
Oxtail soup: Grill the oxtail first, then boil the grilled oxtail with assorted vegetables (carrots, celery), add in black pepper chopped, garlic and tomato pasta.
Mushroom soup: Fry mushroom and onions in the pan, braise with chicken soup, then mash the fried mushrooms and onions with the blender, boil it with the chicken stock, and milk or whip cream, mix together.
Ministromy soup: Mix vegetable (celery, onion, carrot, potato, tomato), garlic chopped, bacon, V8 sauce (vegetable sauce with 8 kinds of vegetables), tomato pasta; fry the bacon, put in garlic chopped, tomato pasta, then add in the assorted vegetables, chicken soup, oregano, boil and put in V8 sauce for 15 minutes.

14.How do you make French onion soup?Mince beef, beef soup, sliced onions, butter.Fry the sliced onions together with mince beef, then boil them with the beef soup, add in thyme.
